Cosmeceutical Testing Services
We are among the leaders to apply state-of-the-art gene expression technologies to the cosmeceutical industry– the innovative and rapidly emerging field of “skin science.” Using 3d in vitro skin cultures, we can test how single ingredients, combinations of ingredients or finished products regulate expression of genes important for maintaining healthy skin. For example, we can measure genes involved in anti-aging, anti-wrinkle and regenerative processes (i.e. sirtuins, collagens, keratins, anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory molecules) or any biological processes of interest. In addition, we offer histological analyses of tissues to correlate with gene expression studies.
Each study is custom-designed to meet the needs of the individual client.
